Yes, all season ticket members will have their tickets honoured for this game.
As a Calgary Surge season ticket member, where will my seats be located in the Saddledome?

Your seats will be located in a similar seat as possible in comparison to your seat location at WinSport Event Centre.
I have season tickets for the Calgary Surge and a CSEC property, can I sit in my CSEC seats instead of being placed by the Calgary Surge?

Our team of account executives will do our best to accommodate all fans with season tickets to both properties, but we cannot guarantee your seat will be available.
I’m a Telus Club season ticket holder, will I have access to my seat for this event?

Yes, all Telus Club members will receive a window to purchase tickets to this event. Once the window closes and you haven’t purchased your tickets, your seat will be released to the Calgary Surge.
I have purchased an Ultimate Flex Pack from the Calgary Surge, can I redeem those tickets to this game?

Yes, your tickets will be honoured for this event. The Calgary Surge will contact you in December 2023 with steps to redeem your tickets.
I have registered for priority access, when can I expect to receive more information?

Anyone who registered for priority access will receive first access to tickets before the general public. This is expected to take place in December 2023.
When will single game tickets go on sale to the general public?

The general public can expect to receive access to purchase tickets in December 2023 after the priority access window closes.
When is the game?

The game will take place in May 2024. Game time will be announced in early 2024 alongside the release of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) regular season schedule.
When is the schedule expected to be released?

The 2024 CEBL regular season schedule is expected to be released in January 2024. The CEBL and Calgary Surge regular season runs from May to August.
I purchased tickets to this event, but can no longer attend, are my tickets refundable?

No, all tickets for Calgary Surge events are non-refundable.
I am a Calgary Surge season ticket member, how do I purchase additional tickets to this event?

All Calgary Surge season ticket members receive preferred pricing on additional tickets. You will be provided with an exclusive link to purchase in December 2023.
