To access your tickets, please head to this link - https://am.ticketmaster.com/surge/ and log in using the same email address given at the time of your ticket purchase. 

From there, you will see the list of games under "My Events" and you can click on the event to view your tickets and to add them to your digital wallet.

No, ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets can be transferred or used on other ticketing products.

There are two options with your tickets if and when you can't attend a game:

1. If at least two (2) days before a game, you can exchange tickets for an equal price in a similar area. Any time within 48 hours of tip-off, you may get additional tickets in the fan zone for a game of your choice (subject to availability) or;
2. You can transfer tickets to family or friends who may want to attend the game.

Transferring your tickets from your Calgary Surge Account Manager can be done using the steps below:

STEP 1: Log into your Calgary Surge Account Manager at https://am.ticketmaster.com/surge/  and click on “My Events” to view the game(s) you have tickets for.

STEP 2: Select the event(s) you would like to transfer.

STEP 3: Select the seat(s) you would like to transfer.

STEP 4: Fill in the recipient’s information and click "Transfer".

Children under the age of 24 months do not require a ticket, past that age, you will need to purchase a ticket for them. 

No, barcodes of tickets refresh every five (5) minutes. Therefore, screenshots will not be accepted for entry to a Calgary Surge game. You may save your ticket to your digital wallet (Google, Apple, or Samsung) for it to be available offline.

If your screen brightness is too low, the barcode may have difficulty being scanned. Please note, cracked screens may impact your barcode's ability to scan. If there are difficulties reading a valid barcode on a digital ticket displayed within the Calgary Surge Account manager or from your digital wallet, visit the Calgary Surge Box Office for assistance.

Calgary Surge tickets are delivered digitally and must be scanned in at the door using a mobile device. If you are unable to access your ticket, please visit the Box Office for assistance on gameday or contact us at [email protected] for assistance on non-game days. 

If your battery dies before entering the arena please visit the Calgary Surge Box Office.

Yes there are. 

For devices operating on iOS: Any model iPhone 6 or higher that also runs iOS 11 or higher, Wallet passes cannot be shared via the iOS share action.

For devices operating on Android OS: The device must be running on Android Jelly Bean 4.10 or higher, there are some phones that do not support the digital wallet functions so be sure to check with the specific manufacturer of the device if you are unsure.

Will call is located in the Box Office at Winsport during game days. Please note that a photo ID will be required to pick up any items left at will call.

Box Office will stay open until the end of the half-time intermission.
