Ticket redemption begins in late February/early March 2025. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to

redeem your tickets for the games of your choice.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Terms & Conditions:

    1. Offer Ends: February 19th, 2025 at 11:59 PM MT


    2. Limited Availability: Only 12 delivery slots are available and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Any purchases after this allotment will only include tickets and merchandise.


    3. Delivery Area: Must be within Calgary city limits to qualify for Surgio's personal delivery.


    4. Ticket Redemption:

    â—‹ Ticket vouchers must be redeemed for a 2025 regular season game.

    â—‹ Redemption will open late February/early March 2025, and customers will receive email instructions on selecting their games.


    5. Merchandise Selection:

    â—‹ Customers will receive a promo code within 48 hours of purchase to select their preferred hat & t-shirt sizes from the Surge online store.

    â—‹ Merchandise will be delivered in person by Surgio on the scheduled visit date.


    6. Delivery Schedule:

    â—‹ Surgio deliveries will be scheduled between February 14–19, 2025.

    â—‹ Our team will coordinate a specific time within this window based on availability.

    â—‹ If a delivery is not scheduled within the timeframe, the merchandise will be shipped instead.


    7. Refund Policy: This package is non-refundable once purchased.


    8. Photo & Video Usage: By participating, you agree that photos/videos of Surgio’s visit may be used in Surge marketing materials, website, and social media.

  • Who can purchase the Surge Family Day Experience?

    Anyone located within Calgary can purchase the package. Due to logistics, Surgio's delivery is limited to Calgary addresses only.

  • How do I schedule my delivery from Surgio?

    After purchasing, our team will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate your home or workplace visit between February 14-19, 2025.

  • What if I'm not home when Surgio arrives?

    Our team will confirm a time slot in advance. If no one is available at the agreed time, the merchandise will be

    shipped instead.

  • Can I choose my game date?

    Yes! Ticket redemption opens in late February/early March 2025, and you will receive instructions via email on

    how to select your preferred game.

  • What happens if all 12 delivery slots are filled?

    If all slots are taken, we will notify you and ship your selected merchandise.

  • What if I purchase after all the delivery slots are taken?

    If all 12 delivery slots have been assigned, you will still receive your tickets and merchandise, but without the personal visit from Surgio. Our team will notify you if this applies to your purchase.

  • Can I refund or exchange my package?

    All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available.

  • Can I request additional tickets or merchandise?

    Yes! Additional tickets and merchandise can be purchased separately. Contact our team for more details.

  • What happens to the photos and videos taken during Surgio’s visit?

    By participating, you grant the Surge permission to use photos/videos for marketing purposes, including social

    media and promotional materials.

  • How long will Surgio stay during the delivery?

    Surgio will spend a few minutes delivering the package, taking photos, and hyping up your family before heading to the next stop!
